Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service.
Usage Data may include information such as Your Device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that You visit, the time and date of Your visit, the time spent on those pages, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
When You access the Service by or through a mobile device, We may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device You use, Your mobile device unique ID, the IP address of Your mobile device, Your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browser You use, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
We may also collect information that Your browser sends whenever You visit our Service or when You access the Service by or through a mobile device.
Tracking Technologies and Cookies
We use Cookies and similar technologies, such as Your browser's local storage, to make Our Service work, to remember Your preferences and, only if You allow it, to analyze how Our Service is used and measure how well Our ads perform.
- Cookies or Browser Cookies. A cookie is a small file placed on Your Device. Cookies can be "Persistent" or "Session" Cookies. Persistent Cookies remain on Your personal computer or mobile device when You go offline, while Session Cookies are deleted as soon as You close Your web browser.
- Local storage. Some features of Our Service store information directly in Your browser (local storage) instead of in a Cookie. This information stays on Your Device and is not sent with every request to Our servers.
The Cookies and local storage items used by Our Service are:
| Name | Type | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
cookie_consent | Cookie (ours) | Necessary | Stores Your choice about analytics and advertising Cookies so that We do not ask You again on every visit. It applies to inethost.com.ar and its subdomains (for example, the client area). | 1 year |
cookie_consent_v | Cookie (ours) | Necessary | Stores the version of the Cookie banner You answered, so that We ask You again if the banner changes. | 1 year |
whmcs_currency | Cookie (ours) | Preferences | Remembers the currency You selected to display prices. | 1 year |
NEXT_LOCALE | Cookie (ours) | Preferences | Remembers the Website's language. It may be set automatically from the language of the address You visit. | Session; 1 year if You select a language |
selectedLang | Cookie and local storage (ours) | Preferences | Remembers the language You selected for the Website. | Cookie: 1 year. Local storage: until You clear it. |
inet-chat:v2:* | Local storage (ours) | Necessary | Lets the live chat resume Your conversation. It may contain the conversation identifier, the name and email You entered in the chat and any unsent message. | Up to 7 days after Your last chat activity |
inethost.inquiry.last | Local storage (ours) | Necessary | Remembers the reference of the last sales inquiry You sent, to show it to You if You return to the page. It contains only the reference, the type of inquiry and the time it was sent. | 24 hours |
_ga | Cookie (Google Analytics 4) | Analytics | Distinguishes visitors so that We can obtain aggregated statistics about the use of the Website. Only set if You accept analytics Cookies. | 2 years |
_ga_<ID> | Cookie (Google Analytics 4) | Analytics | Keeps the state of Your visit for Google Analytics 4. Only set if You accept analytics Cookies. | 2 years |
_gcl_au | Cookie (Google Ads) | Advertising | Tells whether a purchase came from a Google ad. Only set if You accept Cookies and Google Ads measurement is active. | 90 days |
Necessary Cookies and local storage items are required for the Service to work as You expect and are set without asking for Your consent. The currency Cookie and the selectedLang Cookie and local storage item are only set when You choose a currency or a language. The NEXT_LOCALE Cookie may be set automatically as a session Cookie from the language of the address You visit, and is kept for 1 year once You select a language. Analytics and advertising Cookies are provided by Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads) and are only set after You accept them in the Cookie banner. The Google tag loads on every visit in consent mode: until You accept, it sets no Cookies and uses no identifiers, and only sends Google cookieless signals (for example, that a visit happened and the browser type), which Google uses to estimate aggregated statistics. You can learn how Google uses this information in Google's privacy policy for partner sites.
How to change Your choice
You can change or withdraw Your consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of the Website. Withdrawing Your consent stops future analytics and advertising collection but does not affect processing carried out before it.
You can also use Your browser settings to block or delete Cookies and local storage data, or to be notified when a Cookie is sent. If You block or delete necessary or preference items, some parts of Our Service may not work as expected: for example, Your language, currency or Cookie choice may not be remembered, or the live chat may not be able to resume a conversation.
Sales Inquiries
When You send Us a sales inquiry through a form on the Website (for example, to request a Housing quote), We process the data You fill in:
- Contact data: first and last name, email address and phone number with its country.
- Data about Your inquiry: the characteristics of the hardware You want to host, Your network, delivery and installation preferences, and whatever You write in the notes field.
- Billing data, only if You choose to provide it: name or company name, VAT status, DNI or CUIT/CUIL, country, tax ID and preferred currency.
Purpose. We use this data to review Your inquiry, contact You with a commercial proposal and, if You decide to purchase, prepare the corresponding order and invoice. We do not use it for other purposes without Your consent.
Nature of the data. The contact data and the data about Your hardware are necessary for Us to reply; without them We cannot process the inquiry. Billing data and notes are optional.
Where it is stored and for how long. Your inquiry is recorded as a ticket in Our customer management system, where it is kept for as long as necessary to handle it and for the commercial relationship that may follow. Until the ticket is created, We keep a temporary copy on Our servers; that copy is deleted as soon as the ticket is created (except Your email address if We send You a confirmation email, as explained below) or, if its creation fails, within a maximum of 7 days. The record of Your inquiry's reference, without Your personal data, is deleted after 24 hours.
Protection against automated submissions. To prevent abuse of the form We use Cloudflare Turnstile, a service of Cloudflare, Inc. that verifies that the submission is made by a person. For this, Cloudflare receives technical data from Your browser and Your IP address. You can learn how Cloudflare handles that information in the Cloudflare privacy policy. We also store, together with the temporary copy of the inquiry, a value derived from Your IP address that does not allow reading it, for the sole purpose of limiting the number of submissions from the same connection.
Confirmation email. When You send the inquiry You will see a reference on screen that You can keep. If We send You a confirmation email, We keep Your address in the sending queue only until it is sent, and never for more than 7 days from when You sent the inquiry. Next to it We keep Your inquiry's reference and a code derived from Your address that does not allow reading it, which We use only to limit the number of emails to the same address; both are deleted at most 7 days after You sent the inquiry. This does not change how long Your inquiry is kept in the ticket.
Live Chat
When You start a conversation in the live chat of the Website or the client area, We process the name and email address You enter and the messages You exchange with Our team. To help You better, We also process the page where You opened the chat, the type of device and browser, the browser language and the time zone. If You start the chat from the client area while signed in, We take Your name and email from Your account, together with Your customer number and a summary of the account: company, status, active services, and the number of unpaid invoices and open tickets.
Purpose. We use this data to handle Your conversation and follow it up.
Nature of the data. The name and email are necessary to start the conversation; without them You cannot use the chat.
Who receives it. Our support team reads and answers Your messages through Telegram, a third-party messaging service, so Your messages, name, email and the other conversation data described above are transmitted to that service. When the conversation is closed, We send a transcript by email to Our team and, if You started the chat identified with Your customer account, also to Your email address.
For how long. Conversations close automatically after a period of inactivity. We keep closed conversations on Our servers for 90 days and then delete them together with their messages. When We delete them, We also delete the copy of the conversation Our team received in Telegram. Transcripts sent by email are not removed by that deletion: they are kept for as long as necessary to follow up Your request.
Your Rights
You may request access to Your Personal Data, or its rectification, update or deletion, at any time by writing to privacy@inethost.com.ar. Under Argentine Law No. 25.326 on the Protection of Personal Data, We will answer access requests within 10 calendar days and rectification, update or deletion requests within 5 business days.
The owner of the personal data has the right to access it free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is shown, as established in article 14, paragraph 3 of Law No. 25.326.
The AGENCIA DE ACCESO A LA INFORMACIÓN PÚBLICA (Agency for Access to Public Information), as the Supervisory Body of Law No. 25.326, has the authority to hear complaints and claims filed by those whose rights are affected by non-compliance with the regulations in force on the protection of personal data.

-
For other purposes: We may use Your information for other purposes, such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, determining the effectiveness of our promotional campaigns and to evaluate and improve our Service, products, services, marketing and your experience.
We may share Your personal information in the following situations:
- With Service Providers that process data on Our behalf. Some of them are located outside Argentina:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): verifies that form submissions are made by a person; it receives technical data from Your browser and Your IP address.

- Telegram: the messaging service through which Our team handles the live chat; it receives Your messages, name, email and the other chat conversation data (page, device, language, time zone and, if You are signed in to the client area, Your customer number and a summary of Your account).
Sales inquiries and customer accounts are recorded in Our customer management and ticket system, which is hosted on Our own infrastructure in Argentina and is not operated by third parties.
- For business transfers: We may share or transfer Your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of Our business to another company.
- With Your consent: We may disclose Your personal information for any other purpose with Your consent.
Retention of Your Personal Data
The Company will retain Your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of Our Service, or We are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
Transfer of Your Personal Data
Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Company's operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located. It means that this information may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of Your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from Your jurisdiction.
Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by Your submission of such information represents Your agreement to that transfer.
The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that Your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of Your Personal Data will take place to an organization or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of Your data and other personal information.
