How to send an IP to mitigation and remove it
Enable or disable mitigation from IP Management, verify the result, and understand permissions, invalid addresses and cooldown.

Enable mitigation
- 01Open the correct IPFind the exact address under Network and open IP Management.
- 02Read current statusDisabled means monitoring without active mitigation. If it already says Enabled, do not repeat the action.
- 03EnablePress Enable Mitigation once and wait while the action is pending.
- 04VerifyConfirm the badge changes to Enabled and the button to Disable Mitigation. Check Attacks too when investigating an event.

Disable mitigation
Remove the IP only after confirming that this is the intended action. Press Disable Mitigation, wait for the response, and verify Disabled. This changes mitigation state and does not delete saved rules.
Errors and restrictions
- The server must permit manual changes for your account
- You can operate only authorized IP ranges
- Network, gateway and broadcast addresses are rejected
- A three-minute cooldown follows every change
- If the provider rejects the operation, keep the previous state until verification

Why is the button missing?
Availability depends on service configuration and IP access. Contact support; there is no documented public workaround.
Does enabling create or delete rules?
No. The toggle changes mitigation state; rules are managed separately.
